Ingredients
Juice of 2 limes
⅓ cup vegetable oil
2 Tbsp chipotle paste
1 tsp chili powder or flakes
1 tsp sweet paprika
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp cumin
1½ Tbsp onion powder
1½ Tbsp oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp salt
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a jar or bowl.
Shake or whisk until fully combined.
Add chicken and coat well.
Refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
Marinate for 2–24 hours for best flavor.
