This easy Cream Cheese Fruit Dip is one of those little recipes that somehow disappears faster than the fancy desserts at the table.

I started making this years ago for family gatherings when I needed something quick, simple, and guaranteed to make people happy. And honestly? Sometimes the easiest recipes become the ones everybody remembers.

The creamy tangy cream cheese mixed with sweet brown sugar and vanilla creates this rich caramel-like flavor that tastes amazing with strawberries, apples, grapes, pineapple, and just about any fruit you can think of.

I especially love keeping this recipe in my back pocket during the Arizona summer because it takes only a few minutes to throw together and instantly makes a fruit tray feel extra special.

And if you’re hosting kids, grandkids, or a holiday gathering? Trust me — this dip will be scraped clean.
