Ingredients
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 banana
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
Toppings (optional):
Fresh berries
Sliced banana
Granola (no added sugar)
Coconut flakes
Instructions
Add frozen berries, banana, almond milk, and chia seeds to a blender.
Blend until smooth and thick.
Pour into a bowl.
Add your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
