This smoothie bowl is one of those recipes that feels like a fresh start.

Bright berries, creamy banana, and just enough sweetness to make it feel like a treat without any guilt.


It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s one of those things you can throw together when you don’t feel like cooking—but still want something good.


And honestly? It’s just pretty. And that counts too 💛



Ingredients


  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds


Toppings (optional):


  • Fresh berries

  • Sliced banana

  • Granola (no added sugar)

  • Coconut flakes



Instructions


  1. Add frozen berries, banana, almond milk, and chia seeds to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and thick.

  3. Pour into a bowl.

  4. Add your favorite toppings and serve immediately.



Tips & Little Upgrades


Want it thicker?

Use less almond milk or add more frozen fruit.


Need more protein?

Add a scoop of protein powder or a spoonful of Greek yogurt.
