There’s just something about an ice-cold Pink Drink that instantly feels like sunshine in a cup. And during these hot Tucson afternoons, this refreshing little treat disappears fast around here.

I started making this copycat version at home after realizing how quickly those coffee shop trips add up. Honestly? This homemade version tastes so close to the real thing that it completely satisfied the craving — and now I can make a whole pitcher for the price of one drive-thru stop.

The creamy coconut milk, fruity berry hibiscus flavor, and fresh strawberries make this drink feel fun, pretty, and perfect for warm-weather sipping. It’s one of those recipes that looks fancy but takes barely any effort at all.

And if you’re anything like me, having a pretty pink drink in hand somehow makes errands, laundry, and everyday chaos feel just a little more manageable.

This easy homemade Pink Drink is fruity, creamy, refreshing, and perfect for summer afternoons, brunches, pool days, or a fun little afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Starbucks VIA Instant Refreshers Very Berry Hibiscus

  • 2 cups water

  • 1 1/2 cups coconut milk

  • 1 cup white grape juice

  • Ice

  • 1 1/2 cup strawberries sliced

Instructions:

  1. Mix very berry hibiscus refresher with cold water until dissolved.

  2. Stir in coconut milk and white grape juice.

  3. Fill glasses with ice.

  4. Pour drink over ice.

  5. Garnish with sliced strawberries and serve immediately.

Serve cold and enjoy!

  • Use chilled coconut milk for the creamiest texture.

  • Freeze strawberry slices ahead of time for an extra frosty drink.

  • Want it sweeter? Add a splash of simple syrup or extra white grape juice.

  • This recipe is perfect for baby showers, brunches, summer parties, or teen sleepovers.

  • Store leftovers in the fridge and stir before serving since coconut milk naturally separates a bit.
